GALVESTON, TX – March 4, 2019 – Sullivan Brothers Builders is pleased to announce their selection as the builder of the new Abe & Annie Seibel Student Housing project at Galveston College, Galveston, Texas.
Construction on the project will commence in summer 2019 and will take approximately a year to complete. The seven student housing units will architecturally resemble the historical homes of Galveston with an “old world” style of design accented with modern construction practices. Sullivan Brothers Builders implemented this style home in various construction projects around Galveston Island including its coastal community Evia on Galveston Island, the Cedars at Carver Park, and the Villas on the Strand.
“We are proud not only to have been chosen for the college’s improvement project but also to build on our island home and improve living spaces for Galveston College students,” remarked Sullivan Brothers Builders Managing Director Scott Burrer. “These houses will be aesthetically pleasing and constructed with modern building and efficiency practices for longevity and durability.”
